Room sizes felt cramped!!! Maintenance issues like malfunctioning air conditioning and leaking toilets need addressing!!! Cleanliness in common areas was lacking, detracting from what should be a top-notch experience!!!

Had an amazing stay for 2 nights in a deluxe double room with a fantastic double vanity and bright lighting! The indoor pool and spa treatments were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only minor hiccup was a late check-in, but everything else was on point. 👌
